Conduct project feasibility studies and manage cost information for all projects
Assist on any contractual issues with client, subcontractor and consultants
Overall project budget setting and monitoring
Comparison and review of award of contacts and rates
Review of procedure and policies including inclusion of clauses into subcontract agreement to be in line with latest regulations, practice that best protect the company’s interest.
Monitoring of project expenditure and preparation of cashflow projections/updates for budget control with and including advising on possible cost over-runs and alternative solutions
Expand the pool of sub-con/suppliers contacts and sourcing

Requirement:
Degree/ Diploma in Building/ Quantity Surveying
2-5 years’ relevant experience with contractor
Meticulous, analytical with excellent problem- solving skills, proactive, good team player, good at time management
