Job Description

Administrative and support duites for technical department and the office

• Handle phone calls and customer queries and provide timely updates on repair and maintenance jobs
• Monitor and track repair and maintenance jobs
• Data entry into system for real time records
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow
• Quotation preparation
• Other general administrative duties as assigned

Requirement:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Meticulous with an eye for details
• Good teamwork, interpersonal and customer service skills
