Job Description

• Assist with general office administration & any other duties as assigned by the manager or Director
• Prepare monthly sales reports & meeting slides
• Handling of documents & forms for signature & submission
• Incoming & outgoing mails
• Update of sales reports for contests / challenges
• Handling of customers’ calls & enquiries
• Creating powerpoint slides for meetings, trainings or webinars
• Reception duties

Requirement:

• Admin experience are a must.
• IT Savvy and knowledge of Microsoft software are required.
• Open-minded and independent individuals are preferred.
• Can work independently with minimum supervision.
