Job Description

• To coordinate with consultants/subcontractors on the shop drawings/ samples/ method statement and keep all involved parties updated of the latest changes.
• To attend project/technical meeting and resolve site issues with owner/consultants for the site progress to proceed smoothly.
• To verify the work done on site is in accordance with the approved drawings/ specifications/ authority’s requirement and ensured that the subcontractor carry out rectification for non-compliance.
• Conduct weekly M&E meetings with the M&E subcontractors to ensure that their work is in proper sequence and ensure that the site supervisors are aware of the work sequence to avoid clashes of site activities.
• To resolve site issues with consultants/subcontractors/supplier ASAP to minimize delay to the construction progress.
• To ensure that the related documentation is updated and ready for ISO audit.
• To cooperate with the safety department and carry out the assigned duties within the safety framework.
• To coordinate with consultants and contractors for combined services/equipment testing so that site is ready for authorities’ inspection.

Requirement:

• Min 5 years of relevant M&E Engineer experience in Construction industry.
• Min bachelor’s degree in civil engineering / Building / Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
