Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling operational matters related to after sales service as well as maintaining customer accounts through rapport building and upholding Company’s desired service standards. The main job duties include:

• Operational matters related to after sales service and manpower planning:
• Supervise service technicians’ performance.
• Handle daily deployment of service jobs.
• Ensure safety compliance.
• Handle administrative duties such as data entry of service dockets, stock and equipment replenishment, etc.
• Service existing accounts such as fleet owners (Eg. Logistics / Transportation / Direct Fleet Owners / Workshops / Retailers)
• Liaise with customers on jobs assignment and pricing matters.
• Solicit feedback on areas of improvement for current service standards and propose recommendations.
• Customer visits related to after-sales service issues.

Requirement:

• Min 1 year of operations or account servicing experience (preferably in industrial products with after-sales service maintenance contracts)
• Experienced in supervising blue-collar workers.
• Possess own vehicle.
