Job Description

• Prepare and analyze cost comparison.
• Obtaining quotations, liaising, and negotiating with sub-contractors and suppliers.
• Responsible for measuring quantities and taking off.
• Prepare Variation Orders, claims, final accounts, settlement, and subcontractor payments.
• All other QS related job

Requirement:

• Degree / Diploma in Building or its equivalent
• Min 2 years QS(Junior) experience in SG
