Singapore Main Con looking for Junior Quantity Surveyor (QS), welcome freshgrad with 1 year experience to apply.

Job Description

• Responsible for quantity take-off and cost estimation for quotation/tender and on-going projects with specific deadlines.
• Liaise with suppliers /sub-contractors and source for competitive quotation.
• Submission of monthly progress claim & variation order (VO).
• Evaluation of sub-contractors’ progress claim & variation order.
• Final account settlement with sub-contractors and clients.
• Administration of Contract documents.
• To keep a record of site material order and always ensure that quantity is within the allowable limit.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.

Requirement:

• Min 1 year of relevant Tender / Project Quantity Surveyor experience in Construction industry.
• Min Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Building / Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD
