Responsible for developing business growth, meet strategic targets and drive customer acquisition in the waste management business.
Prospect new clients by cold calling, meeting, submission of quotes and proposals to close deals. Identify potential clients and acquire new business.
Develop and keep clients account strategy in line with company business plan, to achieve profitable revenue growth and increase company market share.
Demonstrate a continuous effort to improve services, streamline work processes, and work cooperatively and jointly within the department and with other departments to provide quality seamless customer service.
Meeting Monthly/Annual sales targets
Work diligently with Accounts to chase for AR, and settling of AP.
Provide monthly sales reports.
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
Requirement
Must possess Class 3 Driving License (Company will provide transport)
Minimum of 1-2 years sales experience.
Strong negotiation skill will be an advantage.
Ability to speak and write English.
Highly self-motivated and driven to exceed expectations and targets.
