Job Description

• Design, develop and implement machinery safety solutions and projects by adapting and applying machinery safety standards, using safety technologies such as safety controllers, safety relays and safety sensors.
• Develop PoC, provide design review and recommendation, document and present the safety solutions
• Provide prompt support to sales team on product and solutions to meet customer specific needs
• Provide prompt remote/onsite support to customers and follow up with customers in a timely manner to ensure all technical issues are addressed to satisfaction after resolution or troubleshooting
• Conduct product and application training
• Design and develop product and application demo
• Participation in company events, roadshows and exhibitions when required
• Other duties to be assigned by immediate supervisor

Requirement

• Bachelor’s Degree in a Technical discipline
• At least 3 years working experience with automation projects/applications/technical support
• Good knowledge of industrial automation systems, sensor and controller technology
• Knowledge of machinery safety standards (e.g. ISO 12100, ISO 13849) will be an added advantage
• Basic understanding of electrical, pneumatic and mechanical drawings
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good team player with a can-do attitude
• Mature and independent with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Honesty, integrity and hardworking
• Ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Willingness to travel within South East Asia
