Job Description:

• Answering phone calls
• Data entry and filing for Delivery Orders, Supplier Invoices, and Purchase orders
• Process account payables functions
• Issue and ensure payments are made on time and liaise with suppliers
• Prepare monthly listing for AP, other payables and accruals
• Maintain a neat and proper filing system for all accounting documents
• Handle general administrative duties and other ad-hoc duties as assigned
• Provide support in month-end closing

Requirement:

• O’Level & Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
• Experience in an Accounting function with 2 years of working experience in construction sector
• Proficient in MS Office and Quickbooks Accounting System
• Willing to learn and adapt faster
• Strong team player with a positive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Able to work independently
• Able to start work immediately is an advantage
