Job & Roles

• Plans and schedules for production according to the sales order provide by marketing
• Liaise with production to ensure production schedules on track and good ready on time.
• Ensure and keep on track the production output
• Initiative change the production schedule based on any unforeseen circumstances
• Monitoring and controlling incoming raw materials, special for coils.
• Paperwork for any related to production such as coils inventory and job order.
• Liaise with marketing for upcoming, ongoing and outgoing sales order.
• Liaise with store ensure finished goods received on time.
• Lead Planning Department
• Update monthly Coil inventory report
• Replenish stock for production foils, Sonoco Lids, export pallets and end bags.
• Liaise with QC for any damaged or on hold finished goods.
• Liaise with QC and procurement for any incoming coils with damaged or quality issued
• Liaise with store and provide coils stock report during month end.

Requirements

• Level above
• At least 2 years experiences in Production Planning
