Job Responsibilities:

• Keying entries of daily casting record and daily delivery order record into the system using Excel spreadsheet for various projects.
• Photocopying and scanning of supporting documents and filing of delivery order for monthly progress claim.
• Prepare internal transmittal of approved drawing for various parties.
• Other adhoc duties assigned.

Requirements:

• Min N Level, O level, ITE
• Accurate keyboard skills and proven ability to enter data at the required speed
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Meticulous and organized
• Immediate or short notice candidates are preferred
