Reporting to HR Manager

• Provide to admin and HR functions and as required in a timely, proactive, and diligent manner.
• Administrative support such as, Calendar Invitation, support and organize events, office supplies management and etc.
• Managing guests, reception, filing system, phone calls, billing, recording and correspondences.
• Ensure compliancy to company processes and procedures.
• Attend to staff request in a professional manner.
• Other adhoc work assign by Superior.

Requirements

• Diploma in any field
• Good attitude and willingness to learn.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Independence, Integrity, responsibility, multitask, handle confidentiality and sense of urgency.
• Take tasks assigned seriously and sensitive to deadlines (Good Time Management).
• Admin/Secretary experience is advantageous.
• Customer oriented & Service minded.
