Job Description

We are looking to hire a responsible and meticulous Purchasing Executive to join our Procurement team. This role will create and maintain relationships with key suppliers to ensure products are of high quality and delivered on time.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Compare quotations and negotiate for best prices.
• Process Purchase Orders via ERP software upon receipt of requests.
• Source for high quality and cost-effective items.
• Liaise with the Logistics Department to monitor stock inventory.
• Coordinate with vendors on Purchase Orders, ensuring receipt of goods.
• Negotiate new contracts with vendors and suppliers.
• Build rapport and maintain relationships with existing pool of suppliers and vendors.

REQUIREMENT

• Diploma in any field.
• Comfort with multi-tasking independently in a deadline-driven environment.
• High level of organization, attention to detail and time management skills.
• Strong desire to learn along with professional drive.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Passion for the b2b hardware industry and its best practices.
