To prepare, check, verify and process invoices, delivery orders and payments
To maintain and reconcile the cash flow, bank statement and ensure that reconciliations are completed timely
To assist in preparation of GST returns
To assist in preparation of monthly financial statements and related reports
To provide administration support to accounting team and the Management in the functions like timesheet management, expense claims management, requisition purchasing, order entry, insurance, licensing etc
Requirements:
Degree/ Diploma / other accounting certification
Strong in numbers and like deskbound job
Speedy, responsive and like working in a fast moving environment
Proficient in MS office & Excel skills
Training will be provided for selected candidate without relevant experience
Experience in SAGE Accpac accounting software an added advantage
