Commercial Print Sales Specialist

We are looking for an experienced / Industrial Printing Sales specialist who has worked in the printing industry and preferably is familiar with custom box packaging. The candidate will coordinate with the Company Directors and Sales Manager to manage a number of sales channels across industrial, both present and new, as well as to coordinate, monitor, and report key marketing and sales metrics against set goals, The main focus is to identify and tap on the incumbent’s immediate network form both local and overseas platforms and at the same time developing new opportunities within existing and new customers for products and services alike.

Responsibilities:

• Set KPI parameters to continuously improve contact to customer conversion rate, Contacts are typically existing customers, past customers, or qualified lead who have some form of a relationship with your business.
• Monitor sales bookings, Lead-to-Win Rate, Average cost per lead, Customer Acquisition Cost, Average selling prices, customer lifetime value, sales cycle length, sales per employee.
• Monitor, evaluate and report competitive market conditions. Provide insight for openings to market and sell our products and services through both existing clientele and new channels.
• Support in the research, development and execution of key strategies to identify market opportunities, Assist in taking existing products into new market, new products into existing markets and or new products into new markets.
• Support the overall business plan set by the Marketing & Sales Head.
• Support sales and marketing reporting.

Job Requirement:

• Minimum of 10-15 years’ experience in a sales or marketing capacity, preferably with large corporate accounts.
• Good, Innovative, and interpersonal skills. Above average personal, Communication and business skills 4. Proficient in Microsoft office suite, Adobe and lead management systems.
• Preferably have own transportation
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule and travel up to 35% of the time.
• Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Business Communications, or business-related field is a plus.
