Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming queries thru calls/emails from (local and overseas) customers.
• Work closely with the Account Managers to handle various local and overseas customers accounts
• Update customers on their job status (like time-around-time, shipping) as well as payments status.
• Does e-filing for all the approved quotations.
• Handles payment invoices to vendors.
• Attend to quotations and Purchase Orders.
• Other duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications:

• O level / Nitec / Diploma with 2-3 years of related working experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
• Knowledge in SAP.
