Job Scope/Responsibilities:

• Handling calls and general administrative duties
• Attending to customers’ enquiries/ complaints
• Preparing quotations, invoices and delivery orders
• Generating letters and reports as and when required
• Keeping track of incoming and outgoing job units
• Liaising with service engineers, technical managers and suppliers to ensure timely job completion
• Sending and following-up with due date reminder
• Issuing, registering and maintaining all documents and data in accordance to the quality system

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE ‘O’/ ‘N’/ ‘A’/ ITE Levels with at least 1-2 years experience in clerical/ general administration or equivalent.
• Must be customer oriented, very organized and meticulous, and able to multitask
• Must have good working knowledge of MS Office – Excel, Words and Outlook
• Familiarity with MYOB will be an added advantage
• Experience in or knowledge of ISO documentation will be an added advantage
