Job Description:

• Handle matters regarding recruitment, training and employee relations.
• Handle work pass application, renewal, cancellation.
• Payroll and CPF
• Admin functions &Handling monthly staff claims
• Carry out general office administrative tasks such as road tax renewal, company fleet road tax renewal and insurance matters etc.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• “O” Level or Nitec in any discipline with more than 2 years of relevant experience
• Relevant QC experience in the aviation/ logistic industry is preferred
• Able to support OTs and work on weekends (when required)
• Positive attitudes and willing to learn.
• Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills.
