In charge of escalating and resolving any customer service issue pertaining to quality of the Products for all clients,
In charge of answering any QC related Queries from all clients, must learn and have in-depth knowledge of all our Products and their respective specifications.
Perform incoming and outgoing inspection
Product Monitoring – Shelf Life, Shelf Life Extensions, Compliance
In charge of checking quality related matters for shipments to all clients
Participate in ISO Training and Auditing
Prepare material certificate for products
In charge of maintaining proper filing and organization of all QC-related documentation in both soft and hard copy formats
Support TA activities
BACK-UP LOGISTICS EXECUTIVE – EXPORT/IMPORT DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare all the export shipping documents, e.g. Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin etc. and ensure accuracy and timeliness of tasks.
Work closely with freight forwarders to ensure all shipments are in-line with company’s budget and customers’ requirements.
Responsible and co-ordination between Customers and Accounts department for the logistics matter
Liaise with internal logistics and 3rd party logistics for shipment arrangement
To ensure proper upkeep of the documentation and dispatch original customs clearance documents to customers and to ensure that customers receive the documents on time.
REQUIREMENTS
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar.
1-3 years relevant work experience, in QC Engineer
