Job Responsibilities

• Dismantle & dimension drawing for repairing, new mold base, mold insert(cooling holes, tap holes, ejector pin hole)
• Creates new NC-Programs and Tool lists using UG CAD/CAM
• Able to perform 3D and multi-Axis programming
• Troubleshoot NC-Programs and tolling problem as required
• Provides assistance in CNC machines setup and operations when required
• Revise drawings based on engineering and client feedback
• Write and modify existing programs for increasing efficiency
• Analyze and selects speeds and cutting tools for programs and design fixtures for machining activities
• Any other ad-hoc project/s and/or duties as assigned by the Superior

Competency Requirement

• Candidate must possess at least Professional Cert / NITEC / Diploma
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in UG-NX7.5 Programming
• Preferable 3 years working experience in Mould making industry
• Good knowledge of machining processes
• Ability to read and follow blueprints and sketches.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel
• Proficient in Unigraphics (UG) software is a must
• Team player with effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently
• Able to start work within short notice
