Job Description:

• Responsible for maintaining management systems & managing document control processes.
• Assist to establish procedures/work instructions & distribution of documents.
• Track & ensure timely calibration/preventive maintenance of tools & equipment.
• Conduct internal audits. Ensure system readiness for both 3rd party certification body & customer audits.
• Conducts training for new hired on the Quality & RBA systems.
• Performs other duties that maybe assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

• Education: Degree / Diploma in Engineering disciplines
• Working Experience: Min.2 years of working experiences in managing QMS system & document control, preferably in manufacturing or Semi con related industries.
• Internal auditor for ISO 9001/14001/45001
• Knowledge of Social, Environmental & Ethical industrial standards preferred
• Knowledge in problem solving methodologies – 8D, 5WHY, FMEA
• MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
