JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assisting and working with the Project Team in handing all incoming/outgoing projects, documents, correspondences and emails.
• Assisting QS in preparing quotation/progress claims /purchase order
• Proper recording of contract/project documentation (Work order, Delivery order, Invoices)
• Assisting the Project Team with coordination work and documentation.
• Providing necessary admin support.
• Provide administrative support to the Projects Dept.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum O level
• Minimum of 1 year of working experience in administrative duties
• PC-literate, proficient in MS Excel and Word
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good planning and organizational skills
