To execute the cross-trade business of other countries related to Singapore business.
To support the network/agent business in response to shipment arrangement and information as and when required.
Responsible to provide our customers with the best possible solution to solve their logistical issues. Achieving and monitoring customers KPIs & initiatives to ensure we deliver quality, reliability, scalability, and productivity to meet customer satisfaction
Issuance of quotations, prepare RFQ, tender Bid, reviewing rates, etc.
To prepare SOP, Operation T&C and get approval from relevant stakeholders before submitting to customer.
Have good relationships with carriers and co-loaders
Meet and exceed set Sales Targets in terms of generating revenue and contributing gross profit for the company.
Maintain records of customer details / sales visits / sales progress.
Ability to identify potential customers and register opportunities to provide supply chain solutions leading to revenue for the company.
Follow up on customer communications in a timely and professional manner.
Work closely with Customer Service and Operations on the execution of customer’s quotation.
To prepare Weekly Sales Progress Report to Management (updates on pipelines, target, budgeting achievement)
Reporting to Managing Director and Sales Manager on current market information regularly
Diploma/ Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or in a discipline related to Logistics & Supply Chain Management.
More than 3 years Sales experience in 3rd Party Logistics & distribution and / or Freight forwarding / or warehousing.
Experience with a good sense of hunting in developing new sales opportunities or having the experience in Key Account Management.
Independent, self-motivated and driven to plan and execute sales generation.
Possess excellent communication skills in order to convey distribution services information clearly to customers.
Ability to understand customers’ expectations and make value proposition to customers.
Good proficiency in MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) for sales presentation and proposal for target client.
Good in Sales Pitch and Negotiation Skills.
Japanese speaking is not a must but will be an added advantage.
