Assist and preparation of Group Monthly Consolidated Reports of subsidiaries across the regions.
Perform analysis of group financial reports.
Planning, studying, and collecting data to determine costs of business activity such as raw material purchases, inventory, and labor.
Analysing actual manufacturing costs and preparing periodic reports comparing standard costs to actual production costs
Preparation of budgeting/forecasting, and actual financial performance.
Develop analytical models to enhance the business investment planning process; and ensure the completion of functional expense, capital, and business plans within targeted deadlines, in order to achieve long-term profitability.
Involved in liaising with external auditors as well as assisting in the improvement of workflows and processes
Work with operations finance to ensure efficient and timely submission of results to the Group.
To Execute preparation of statutory audit, management, and HQ reporting of organization and subsidiaries.
Ensuring compliance with accounting policies, FRS, and statutory requirements.
Facilitate statutory audit of organization and subsidiaries.
Requirements:
A degree in Accountancy or equivalent
Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience in complex group consolidation and costing, hands-on working experience in the manufacturing environment.
Possess solid hands-on experience in preparing consolidated financial/management reports for a large group
Ability to work in a multicultural environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams in different geographies.
A problem solver, who can work independently in an unstructured and complex environment. Self-starter, strong attention to detail while highly organized
Experience in SAP and/or other ERP systems
Strong analytical skills with an ability to focus on the details.
Preferably with strong advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office skills, analytical and meticulous with an eye for details.
Ability to manage competing priorities while meeting deadlines and managing associated pressure.
