Job Descriptions :

• Overseas entire manufacturing facilities, schedule and flow of work or between departments to expedite production.
• Review master production schedule and work orders and revises schedule according to work order specifications, establish priorities and availability or capacity of workers, material, machine and equipment.
• Reschedule identical processes to eliminate duplicate machine set-up, to develop cost-effective measures.
• Review distributes work order to departments, donating quantity, type and proposed completion date of units to be produced.
• Review documents such as production schedule, work orders and staffing tables to determine personnel and material requirements and material priorities.
• Liaise with department supervisors to determine progress of work and provide information on processing.
• Compile reports concerning of work and downtime due to failure of machine and equipment and to explain on production delays.
• Maintain inventory of materials needed to complete productions.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in Production Planning preferably in manufacturing environment.
• Well versed in computer skill especially in excel and other Microsoft office skills and knowledge in Navision is preferred.
• Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactory and in timely manner.
• Independent & communication skills
