JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work Process Instruction Traveler Master data updating
• Paperwork on Production traveler creation based on orders received, distribution and liaise with store to ensure smooth material and traveler flow in production
• Coordinate and update Production Master Schedule.
• Release work schedule to production shop floor operators.
• Communicate with Sales team to debottleneck schedule issues.
• Routine check on consumables/ tools inventory and raise Purchase 7. Requisition form to top-up
• Involvement in production improvement projects
• Other ad-hoc projects assigned

REQUIREMENTS

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
• No work experience required.
• Proficiency in Excel is preferred.
• Good teamwork and initiative.
• Responsible and able to work independently.
