JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• To perform cost analysis for cost control measure.
• To analyzed the price increase variance and formulate to the current price of the affected finished products
• From the analysis for cost control measure, to recommend a decision to costing assistance manager
• To assist on the develop and setup the monitoring workflow to ensure PPV have been invoices or price re-quoted to the stakeholders (customer)
• Discuss, gather and analysed the information with internal stakeholder on cost analysis matters
• To make recommendation to internal stakeholder on cost matter and workflow to assist on the setup cost structure on allocation basis and method for the company
• To assist on the costing policy for the company
• To assist to compute the labour cost allocation on inventory for quarterly audit
• Preparation of monthly reporting material margin and gross margin for internal stakeholder
• To run update of cost price in the system
• To support month end closure
• Special project on related to cost

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Accountancy/CIMA preferred or equivalent
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience in product costing role/cost analysis
• Experience in using ERP system such as SAP/BAAN stc
• Good knowledge in MS Excel will be an added advantage
• A good team player
