Job Description:

• Complete purchasing duties right from sourcing / comparison of quotations for all inquiries to confirmation of orders
• Handle entire order Process for selected vendors
• Update material usage for respective project site.
• Coordinate with site personnel on material issues
• Management of vendors list in accordance to Company ISO Standards
• Review of vendors’ performance
• General office administrative duties
• Provide administrative support to the division Directors and the team
• Other ad-hoc administrative duties assigned

Requirements:

• With or without experience
• Familiar with office excel / word software
• Some knowledge of purchasing function
