Job Description:

• Checking delivery order
• Responsible for customer invoices
• Ensure invoices are in order and billed correctly
• Liaise with customers for billing & queries matter
• Scanning, Photocopy, Mail Out, Filing and emailing of invoices to customers
• Other ad hoc jobs as and when required

Requirements:

• Have at least 1 year of similar billing / invoicing experience
• Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Can work independently with minimal supervision
• Able to commence work immediately
• At least GCE “O” Level
• 5.5 days’ work week (Monday – Friday: 9am to 6pm / Saturday: 9am to 1pm)
