Job Description:

• Attending of sales enquiries, following up on quotations, providing sales and customer supports
  including complaints
• Work alongside with Outdoor Sales Team to develop Sales business opportunities
• Source rates and preparation of quotation
• Sales data entry and management
• Liaising with operation department for shipment coordination
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by immediate manager or management

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma or GCE O’ Level
• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in shipping/ logistics industry is required
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Well organized and flexible
• Able to work in fast pace and ability to multi-task
• Responsible, pro-active, meticulous and committed team player
• Proficiency in MS Office (Words, Excel & PowerPoint)
