JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Follow up customer inquiries, arrange on-site or web-meeting with relevant parties, prepare meeting minutes
• Follow up Application Engineers time study, process study status. And prepare project proposal based on Application Engineer’s study and recommendations
• Sourcing parts quote, prepare project cost sheet and official quotation
• Prepare project milestone chart, follow up relevant parties according to project timeline
• Follow up and arranging for parts or equipment delivery, manage project budget
• Follow up project status, update project activity list, prepare weekly/monthly report

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Diploma with 2 years working experience in relevant field on automation system preferable for CNC machine tools
• Experience on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic.
• Able to work with internal and external System Integrator to propose automation solutions and prepare proposals
• Coupled with this experience, the candidate will require excellent communication & presentation skills, both written and oral and have a high degree of self-motivation.
• Good interpersonal skills, problem-solving and project management skills
• There will be requirement to travel to support regional offices for enquiry and project support including execution of turnkey projects
