Job Description:

• Complete coordination between all applicable parties for Airfreight export shipments
• Ensure service commitments are achieved and maintained in accordance with client and company objectives
• Prepare documents necessary to complete the export processes
• Help to ensure that the quality system is implemented and maintained within area of responsibility
• Prepare, issue, and submit documentation to ensure proper exportation of client shipments
• Provide clients with advice concerning terms of delivery, payment, insurance and all other Airfreight export services affecting clients’ needs
• Prepare COO & export declaration for customers
• Ensure invoicing of rendered services is completed accurately and in a timeframe consistent with company policy
• Ensure job costing on job files is complete
• Manage the activities of carriers and brokers with regards to export processes and execution.
• Analyze and recommend export processes and cost improvements as well as appropriate brokers and carriers to be used.
• Assist with carrier negotiations
• Assist with rates quotation for all Logwin / Agents offices
• Scanning of vouchers / vendors invoices to workflow and filing of documents into Kendox
• Resolve export issues and customs problems as and when necessary
• Any other duties as may be assigned by company’s management from time to time.

Requirements:

• Knowledge with Cargowise One System
• At least 1 to 2 years exp in Freight Forwarding Industry
• Able to obey company arrangement
