Job Descriptions :

• Prepare daily shipping note for shipment .
• Prepare delivery order for local delivery and arrange drivers for delivery schedules for on-time delivery.
• Prepare shipping bar code labels.
• Update stock card.
• Month-end inventory count.
• Update SAP system
• Assist in upkeep of warehouse
• Provide admin support to store
• Any other duties as assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements:

• Have min 1 year experience in doing admin
• Proficient in MS Office applications and with good organizational skills
• Ability to multi task
