Job Description

• Handle full set of accounts & experience in consolidation of accounts
• Assist in IPO submission & ERP system migration
• Monitor bank balances to ensure inflow & outflow cash book are updated daily
• Prepare journal entries for accrual, prepayment, provision, depreciation and etc
• Prepare audit schedules for Balance Sheet items – fixed assets, sales prepayment, provision, etc
• Review monthly stock report & WIP submitted by stock keeper
• Liaise with auditors, tax agent, corporate secretary for yearly submission
• Assist in year-end stock take and annual fixed assets count
• Responsible for yearly budget & forecast
• Liaise with headquarter for intercompany discrepancy
• Assist in project costing on monthly basis
• In charge of AR/AP & update weekly report for headquarter
• Update daily payments & receipts into cash book
• Preparation of TT & GIRO payment to overseas & local suppliers
• Upload of supplier payment schedule into OA system for approval before payment
• Follow up with procurement department on items outstanding in purchase order
• Matching of invoices, D/Os and Pos to ensure quantity and pricing are tally before enter into MIM inventory system
• Prepare and submit quarterly GST form 5
• Any other ad-hoc assign by Superior

Requirements

• LCCI – Diploma in Accountancy, CAT or equivalent
• Handling full set of accounts & experience in consolidation of accounts
• Possess positive working attitude, self-motivated & able to meet deadline
• Team player with good interpersonal, good analytical, meticulous and effective communications skill
• Excellent in soft skill at work place
• With at least 3 years of related working experience
• Need to liaise with Chinese speaking vendors or supplier
