Job Description

• Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks
• Coordinate and schedule employee orientation, training programs, and other HR-related events
• Maintain employee records and ensure accurate and up-to-date employee information in the HRIS (Human Resource Information System)
• Manage employee benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries
• Support employee relations by addressing employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances in a timely and confidential manner
• Assist in performance management processes, such as performance reviews and goal setting
• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives
• Administer HR programs and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives
• Prepare HR-related reports and maintain HR metrics to track key HR indicators
• Stay updated on employment laws, regulations, and industry trends to ensure compliance and provide recommendations for process improvement

Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in a human resources role or relevant HR certifications are preferred
• Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws and regulations
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with employees at all levels of the organization
• Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn
