Job Description

• Collaborate with the production team to create and maintain production schedules and timelines
• Coordinate and monitor all aspects of production, including pre-production, production, and post-production activities
• Ensure the availability and coordination of resources, such as crew, equipment, and locations
• Communicate with internal teams, external vendors, and freelancers to coordinate production activities and logistics
• Assist in budget tracking, cost control, and financial reporting related to production expenses
• Manage documentation, such as contracts, permits, releases, and other production-related paperwork
• Coordinate and schedule casting sessions, auditions, and rehearsals as necessary
• Organize and oversee the production set, ensuring it is prepared, clean, and equipped for shooting
• Resolve any production-related issues or conflicts in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and production technologies

Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
• Proven experience as a Production Coordinator or in a similar role
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders
• Proficiency in production management software and tools
• Knowledge of production processes, including pre-production, production, and post-production workflows
• Familiarity with budgeting and cost tracking in production
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
