Identify business growth opportunities in the cold chain logistics for the F&B industry.
To develop targeted action plan for new account acquisition through prospecting, sales calls, negotiating contracts and closing sales.
Develop and maintain accurate records of all pricing, sales and activity reports to achieve maximum profit margin.
Perform effective negotiation with business partners to attain cost efficiency with maximum profitability.
Build and foster robust liaisons with all internal and external customers by providing best customer services.
Maintain awareness of performance against Key Performance Indicators and provide sales performance updates to Senior Management.
Ensure timely collection of accounts receivable
Requirement
Diploma/Degree holder or equivalent work experience
Proven sales track record with 3 years of experience in Cold Chain logistics a plus
Resourceful, critical thinking and problem solving
Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft office
Ability to gain deep knowledge of the entire suite of company’s service offerings and utilize it to maximize sales opportunities during customer solutioning a plus
