Responsibilities

• Perform/ prepare a diverse range of business analysis tasks aimed at driving business growth for IFF business in SEA.
• Provide support regarding management data, processes and systems to business partners, Operations, SEA countries and HQ.
• Liaise with end uses, analyze current process, simplify, and design new practices and digital solutions.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis and Procedures to continuously improve import/ export activities to deliver better results in end user satisfaction and expectation as well as company bottom lines.
• Work closely with cross departments to understand their data needs and devise relevant solutions.
• Associate with the manager to work with an offshore development team for project implementations.
• Coordinate reginal project of International Freight Forwarding (IFF), including implementation new product launch and development campaign.
• Provide support in administrative matters and ad-hoc tasks assigned by HOD from time to time.
• Maintain a high standard of data integrity.
• Perform/ prepare a diverse range of business analysis tasks aimed at driving business growth for IFF business in SEA.
• Simplify and enhance the current processes to improve efficiency, reduce manual work and decrease risks.
• Support Business Controller and Regional Director on any tasks or projects handling requirements.
• Execute stringent pre/post month-end checks to continuously improve data quality.
• Provide freight forwarding system support for Southeast Asia region.
• Provide on-going support and maintenance of IT applications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in in Information
• Systems, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in freight forwarding or supply chain preferred.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of working experience in similar industry (preferable Freight Management System or Warehouse Management System).
• Practical experience in SQL and application design &development.
• Good analytical, problem solving and presentation skills.
