Job Description:
Responsible for ensuring tenders / RFQs / RFIs are submitted consistently ahead of the deadlines set by the existing / prospective client.
Ensure tenders / RFQs / RFIs and business proposals meet all relevant specifications and are in line with the internal standards; and are compliant with client requirements.
Produce KSA volume and revenue information to help the Management Team decision making.
Work closely with HQ Business Solutions team to support the preparation and submission of tenders for KSA (Key Strategic Account) clients.
Manage the overall planning, control, status reporting, stability and delivery of large / complex projects (multi area or product) to ensure that project goals and objectives are met within agreed upon time, scope, budget and resource requirements.
Adhere to project plan and time schedule for adequate internal review and evaluation prior to submission.
Maintain records of tender documents
Develop new business and regional relationships to increase market share in multiple verticals.
Develop regional relationships with stakeholders to increase market share.
Develop solutions to address gaps and weaknesses in supply chain operations.
Responsible for managing and governing the project management methodology and risk management process to ensure these risks are proactively communicated.
Conduct status checks and quality management reviews to review performance, identifying points of risk and making recommendations to drive continuous improvement.
Deliver best practice project documentation, completed to quality standards, kept up to date, available throughout the project and maintained the project database.
Promote and support changes to continuously improve project management.
Work with project sponsors and stakeholders to forecast project resources and required to support project pipeline and deliver the project objectives.
Engage in targeted conversations that steer customers to solutions that address their needs.
Develop, manage, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures for KSA clients.
Forecast customer needs to enhance offering and competitiveness
Lead discussions with stakeholders to ensure completion of requirements and activities.
Propose solutions and explanations from analyzing data and research outputs.
Other functional and administrative support from time to time, as required.
Perform any other job-related duties as assigned by Head of Sales & Marketing/ Top Management.
Requirement:
Responsible for managing the processes of solution business development, analyzing, designing and implementing end-to end solutions for KSA (Key Strategic Account) client.
Responsible for managing solutioning business resources, including manpower, internal assets, and external vendors.
Required to manage resources and obtain buy-in from internal and external stakeholders and to lead projects and make business decisions independently.
Responsible on maintaining, develop relationships with key customers and maintaining customer satisfaction
