Job Description
- Carry out the inspection and testing of materials.
- Carry out calibration of measuring and testing equipments.
- Control the product and raw material quality.
- Control the measuring and test equipments.
- Control the Material Review Report and Corrective Action Request (Material).
- Control the Tuv Sud PSB certified product quality to comply the requirements.
- Carry out the inspection and testing of materials.
- Carry out the calibration of measuring and testing equipments.
- Identify any product quality problems.
- Fill in the In-coming Material Receipt Sheets and issue the “PASS” labels.
- Verify material quantities stated on PCC against print out sheet attached.
- Indicate quality status of materials tested in Daily Production Status Sheet.
- Recommend or provide solutions for product non-conformity.
- Submit monthly reports.
- Arrange and tidy the lab and office.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry or Diploma in Chemical Process with at least 2 years experience in laboratory testing environment.
- Able to work independently and under work pressure
