Record and report all faults, deficiencies, and other unusual occurrences, as well as the time and materials expended on work orders
Operate and monitor the fire alarm system, public address system, engineered smoke control system, air conditioning and mechanical ventilation system (ACMV), intelligent building management system (IBMS) and fire protection system such as wet riser pumps, sprinkler pumps, FM200, hose reels pump system, etc
Troubleshoot M&E system
Supervise and manage contractors or vendors for preventive & corrective maintenance works
Perform incident reporting & notification to the relevant stakeholders
Attend to normal, urgent requests or complaints from tenants, other building users and Client
Manage the keys movement in Fire Command Centre
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned whenever required
