Generate new business opportunities: prospect for new customers whose profile match the strategy defined with your manager
Contact customers following sales calls to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction
Generate leads, set appointments with potential customers through various communication channels, including: face to face meetings, telephone calls, emails, etc.
Customer/lead’s qualification: develop and actively grow the pipeline of relevant customers including both decision makers and those who can influence this by managing customer interactions from seeking initial appointment to customer on board.
Builds and cultivates prospect relationships by initiating interactions and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel
Take pricing decision in alignment with your manager
Support quotations / Pricing preparation
Work closely with our network
Requirements:
Minimum diploma
At least 3 years’ experience in similar position
Strong knowledge in freight forwarding
Fluent in English and knowledge of any other language will be an advantage
