Job Description

• Handle Import / Export / Direct shipments & local Delivery orders
• Order Processing through SAP system
• Follow up with forwarders on shipping documentation and goods delivery date
• Freight Negotiation with forwarders
• To maintain proper documentation filing records
• Handle all Import / Export and direct shipment problems and issues
• Liaising with Sales / Customer Services and handle Freight rates enquiry
• Proper guidance & Supervise to Logistics Co-ordinator from time to time
• Stock takes / Cycle count / Inventory Management
• Liaising with Warehouse personnel for Shipments / Orders delivery
• Any other duties as assigned by the Logistics Manager

Requirement:

• GCE ‘A’ Level or Diploma
• At least 3 years relevant working experience in a manufacturing /trading environment
• Meticulous, able to handle routine data entries accurately and efficiently. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.  Sound knowledge of customer service order processing.
• Shipping knowledge is a must
