Job Description:

Tasks

• Support testing procedures for Solar Modules/Cells upon requests from Engineers in Manufacturing or Lab Setting
• Prepping modules for tests including cleaning and carrying of modules
• Assist in the fabrication of Cells, Modules and Mini-Modules (requires Soldering skills and Knife safety/confidence)
• Monitor test sequences of Solar Modules/Mini-Modules/Cells (Time Management)
• Assist Engineers for new product development tasks
• Maintain 5S in work locations (Labs/Manufacturing/Office)
• Ad hoc duties as assigned from the management
• Cross-trained in multiple equipment

Safety – The KPI is zero safety cases

• Comply with the company’s safety protocol at all times
• Participate in projects related to safety improvement

Communication and Presentation

• Ability to communicate and coordinate with Technology Engineers and Manufacturing Staff

Requirements:

• Minimum Higher NITEC or equivalent in Electrical Engineering
• Basic Electrical Engineering understanding
• Experience in equipment maintenance
• Must be physically fit
• Able to work with basic tools (Solder, Power drill, Allen Keys, etc)
• Able to work with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
• Able to work Overtime when required
