Provide administrative support for daily order fulfilment to meet target KPI
Perform and prepare warehouse transaction using Warehouse Management System (WMS)
Monitor and keep track of delivery status of inbound and outbound shipments
Co-ordinate and liaise with forwarders or couriers for import and export scheduling
Generate and prepare shipping documents for inbound and outbound shipments
Ensure accuracy of inventory and all inventory transactions are completed within the timeline
Execute and fulfil orders as per customer request. Ensure all the orders are completed and met the KPI set
Investigate customer complaints and stock discrepancies
Assist in stock take activity, ensure inventory accuracy
Ensures proper documentation including but not limited to classification, sorting, filing and archiving of shipping documents, permits, and other records.
Other duties as assigned by the Warehouse Manager
Requirements:
At least Professional Certificate / NiTEC
2 years or above supply chain (warehouse, transportation) or relevant working experience
Multi-client warehouse work experience and knowledge of custom permit declaration will be first considered
Working knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office and WMS
Willingness to learn and engage in daily warehouse activities
Good time management, communication skills and good team player
Able to work independently, perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
