Job Description:
Schedule and prepare production work order to trigger purchase materials on the right time in order to maximize assemble build hour by reducing materials shortage, leads to minimize costs and increase plant efficiency
Monitor materials lead-time, schedule staggered deliveries and plan safety stock
Raise purchase requisition for parts to support production process, arrange painting, anodizing, load testing and of steel and aluminum structure
Supervise picking and kitting to work order and EBL sales order
Operate the MRP to perform inventory relocation to the right jobs
Close out work order and EPL sales order according to the plan time line
To adhere to company’s ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 procedures
Ensure tight coordination between engineering and production activities
Having a keen interest in the correct operation of the MRP system, MRP inventory management, MRP costing and perform correctly transaction on materials supply, scrape & rework to vendor etc.
Requirements:
Min 1 year working experience in production planner.
