Job Description:

• Responsible for incoming, in-process, Final inspection activities and handle all measuring instruments, gauge and testing equipment in the Company inclusive of day-to-day operation.
• Ensure regular record, routine quality checks are being executed at all processes are in accordance with the set standard.
• Assist in the coordination of periodic audits, instruction review and ensure line implementation do not conflict with operating procedures
• To assist QMR on the preparation of internal & external audits that to be presented to the management.
• Responsible for internal calibration of Instruments and gauges.
• Check IMTE calibration due date / Instrument Damages /Instrument deviation in the line.
• Perform patrol inspection as per control plan.
• Responsible to perform all QC reliability testing.
• Responsible to maintain “5S” in all area.
• Participate in toolbox meeting and highlight all quality, safety, environment problems.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Prepare QC reports.
• Perform visual Inspection

Requirements:

• At least N Level, GCE O Level, ITE or Higher NITEC.
• Minimum 1 years working hands on experience in manufacturing sector.
• Knowledge in ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015.
• Able to work under pressure and willing to work over time if necessary.
• Computer literate- MS office must.
• Good command / written in English.
• Able to start immediate / short notice.
