Job Description:
- Perform site inspections on cleaning performance, periodic works and on-site attendance for escalated complaints
- Assist Cleaning Manager in liaising with clients
- Oversee cleaner attendance and activate relief cleaners where necessary
- Provide on-the-job training for new recruits and poor performers
- Review site consumables consumption and equipment
- Maintain schedule for WSQ training
Requirements:
- 3 years (Operations Exec) prior experience in cleaning operations is required in the commercial sector.
