Job Description

• Issue the daily production status sheet.
• Issue daily PCC / product labels.
• Ensure timely processing of orders.
• Ensure prompt referral to Planners of those orders where the requirements cannot be complied.
• Co-ordinate with Production Asst. Executive regarding each day’s schedule.
• Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth production flow.
• Assist the Asst Planning Manager or Executive Planner with their Daily Plan / Weely Production schedule, as and when necessary.
• Amend schedule as and when necessary.
• 5S
• Answering telephone calls from Sales

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level / or SPM Level
• Minimum 1 year admin working experience
• General Computer & Microsoft Excel Knowledge
